Return Policy

*** Returns are for a store credit or exchange ONLY. We do not allow refunds to the original payment method ***

While we hope you love everything you order from SJS, we understand that sometimes we change our mind, or an item isn't what we anticipated. All online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY if meeting the following guidelines : 

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and the item(s) must be in perfect condition. 
  • No makeup/deodorant/etc. stains and must be free of odors such as perfume, smoke, etc. 

If your return does not meet these qualifications, we will be unable to accept your return. Below is a list of 'Final sale items', meaning you cannot, under any circumstance, return these items. 

  1. ALL discounted items.
  2. Any time we have a store-wide sale that is greater than 25% off.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days after delivery. Please note we do inspect every single item we ship out, however, accidents do happen and we realize that. Report damaged items to simplyjamessmocks@gmail.com. Please do not DM our store instagram page, as sometimes these messages get lost. 

Process to start a return/exchange:   

Please email us at simplyjamessmocks@gmail.com with the name of the item(s) you are needing to return and a detailed description as to why. We will be in contact within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
